Can I make a change to my order?
Once an order is submitted, there is a window of time that we may be able to cancel or modify the order. Our orders are shipped at 11:00 am EST daily.

We ship from our warehouse located in GA. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process.
When should I expect my Lasso Order to arrive?
Monday-Friday with the exception of holidays, orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours. After a courier has taken possession of the order, deliver can be expected within 3-7 business days after fulfillment depending on your proximity to our distribution center located in GA. International customer orders shipping out of the USA are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred. Please allow 1-2 weeks for all International deliveries.

You can return your items within 60 days of your delivery date for a full refund if unused.
How do I make a return?
Not happy with your Lasso Gear product? Return it to us within 60 days of original purchase date, and we'll give you a full refund even if you've opened and used the product. How long will it take to process my return?
Refunds are processed within 7 days from the time the package arrives at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, please allow 3 to 5 business days from the time the return is processed for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Am I able to process an exchange?
At this time we are able to process exchanges for unused items. If you need to make a change to your order you can request a modification by visiting our Contact Us page and selecting “Make a Change to My Order” in the dropdown window. Orders placed Monday thru Friday can be modified if placed after 12PM until 6AM the following business day.
What happens if I received a damaged item?
If you have a damaged product, please send firstname.lastname@example.org an email regarding a replacement.
