The Easiest Health And Fitness Lifehacks In The World

There are plenty of ways to improve your health and fitness. The key is finding what works best for you and maintaining it. Here are five simple hacks that will help take your health and fitness to a whole new level:

Wake up early.

Waking up early is the perfect way to start your day. Not only will it help you get in a good amount of exercise while you have the energy for it, but it will also provide you with more time to prepare for the new day and clear your mind.

If you're anything like me, waking up can be difficult. However, it's important that we find ways to make this easier on ourselves and on our bodies (and minds). One of the best ways that I've found is by setting an alarm clock 15 minutes earlier than needed—for example, if I have to wake up at 7:00 AM every morning for work or school, I set my alarm for 6:45 AM instead so that I can have some extra time in bed before getting up. This way my body adjusts and starts to wake up naturally around 6:45 AM anyway and I enjoy some peace and quiet before I have to get my day started.

Stay hydrated.

It’s no secret that staying hydrated is important for your health, but it can be hard to remember to drink enough water throughout the day rather than just in the morning.

Here are some tips that will help you stay hydrated and healthy:

  1. Keep a big bottle filled with filtered water in the fridge at work or school—that way you have easy access to cold water when you need it! You might even consider buying a reusable bottle so that it's easier on your wallet as well as your planet (and take good care of this one—it should last at least two years).
  2. If cold water isn't your thing, try keeping warm tea close by—there are tons of delicious tea options out there such as chamomile and ginger! You can also add some lemon slices or cinnamon sticks if you're feeling adventurous!
  3. Drink water before or after meals, rather than during, to improve digestion. This one makes a big difference on how you feel day to day.

Eat small and healthy meals frequently.

Eating small, healthy meals throughout the day is one of the easiest ways to not only maintain a healthy body weight, but also feel full and energized. And when you’re eating more frequently throughout the day, your chances of overeating at any given meal are much lower.

Smoothies and other blended concoctions are an excellent source of this kind of nutrition because they’re easy to make on-the-go; just throw in some protein powder or Greek yogurt for an extra boost! Also try nuts, fruits/dried fruits, and raw vegetables with hummus. You'd be surprised how filling this can be, without making you sluggish and tired.

Meditate for few minutes everyday.

Meditation is a great way to relax, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, focus better on tasks at hand and much more.

In today’s hectic lifestyle it becomes very difficult to sit down and meditate for few minutes everyday. But if you want to make meditation a part of your daily routine then don’t worry I am here with some tips which would help you get started in the right direction:

  • Find Your Own Style – There are many types of meditation available like mindfulness meditation, breath awareness meditation etc., but whatever it is make sure that it works for YOU! You will find the best results when you do what feels right for YOU!

  • Start Small – Don’t expect instant results or anything drastic happening after starting out with something new; start small by just sitting quietly for 5 minutes every day before going through your routine activities in the morning or evening depending upon which time suits you best.

Find the products that make things easier.

You already know that staying healthy is a personal choice, but it's also one of the best ways to improve your quality of life. While you're making positive choices for your health, why not make things a little easier by using products that take some of the thinking out of the process?

Compression socks can help improve circulation and reduce swelling. Lasso Socks are designed to activate muscles and ligaments to improve functional movement, and are a great daily wear item to improve day to day mobility, balance, and circulation.

Foam rollers can be helpful for recovery after a workout or injury. One of our favorite foam rollers is from Mobot, and it's actually a water bottle foam roller hybrid. It's a great product to have with you and you'll find yourself using the foam roller a lot more often than you realize once you have one of these sitting around.
